BF2142 n'est pas complètement mort pour les développeur, puisqu'ils annoncent toujours le patch 1.51.

D'après un développeur, ce patch devrait être lancé dès que les modifications sur BFBC2 pour arriver à une version "standard" (en gros, finir le jeu).

Il est prévu d'inclure à BF2142, la map Operation Blue Pearl et un no-dvd (vu l'état des dvd chez certains, il est un peu tard).

So what is happening with BF2142 1.51?

Well as you probably know I own BF2/2142 and now BFBC2 PC which currently needs a lot of TLC to get it up to standard.

That doesn't mean I have forgotten BF2142 v1.51 though. Niklas (the programmer) is with me on BFBC2 as well and is lined up to work on BF2142 once we can leave BFBC2 alone for a while on its own.

As some might remember, our build machine HDD also died so Niklas is going to have to rebuild the build scripts for BF2142.

We do have some good content coming in 1.51 too including BF2142 version of Operation Blue Pearl, removal of SecuROM and Safedisc DRM from the exe file and some unmentioned content from Jason Brice who made us Operation Shingle (which he has also fixed the bridge glitch on).

So BF2142 v1.51 is at least a few months out but it is certainly still coming and we haven't forgotten about it.
